Terms and Conditions

These are the “Promotion Rules” for the iMultiply Token Promotion (hereafter “Promotion”) offered by Welthee Tech ltd, located at Dubai International Financial Center, Unit IH-00-01-01-OF-01, Level 1, Building IH-00-01-CP-05 Dubai, UAE, license number CL 7376, (hereafter “Company”). 

GENERAL CLAUSES

1. These Promotion Rules apply to the iMultiply Token Promotion offered by the Company and do not apply to any other services offered by and/or agreements with the Company.
2. Participation in the Promotion implies the participant agrees with these “Promotion Rules”, as well as with all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
3. If any provision in these “Promotion Rules” is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. The Company will replace the void provision with new a provision, whereby the purpose and scope of the original provision will be taken into account as much as legally possible. 
4. The Company may at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, change these “Promotion Rules”, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.

PROMOTION PARTICIPATION

1. The Promotion runs from October 25, 2024, to October 25, 2025.
2. Participation in the Promotion is limited to residents of the 181 countries adhering to the Berne Convention.
3. Participants can participate in the Promotion by registering for the Promotion on the website www.imultiply.io  and agreeing to receive the Company’s marketing communications.
4. Participation in the Promotion requires registration on the website www.imultiply.io and consent to receive marketing communications from the Company.
5. Participants under the age of 18 are excluded from participation in the Promotion.

EARLY ACCESS PRIZE

1. Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion by inviting friends to join the Promotion and/or look at the Company’s website, by entering e-mail addresses from friends or inviting them through any other social media channels. Every invite will increase the participant chance of winning the Promotion, having early access to the platform plus other prizes that will be offered and communicated on the website.
2. To be eligible for early access prize to the iMultiply platform, participants must invite friends to join the Promotion. The participants with the highest number of successful referrals at the end of the Promotion period will be awarded early access.
3. The participant in the Promotion has a chance to win early access based on the point system offered for each person invited through the referral link in 4 levels deep:

• Level 1 – 6 points
• Level 2 – 4 points
• Level 3 – 3 points
• Level 4 2 points

The early access will be announced by email before the launch of the platform.

TOKENS PRIZE

13. Participants have a chance to win iMultiply tokens for each person who they invited and who purchased tokens. This is broken in four levels:

• Level 1: 6% (in tokens)
• Level 2: 4% (in tokens)
• Level 3: 3% (in tokens)
• Level 4: 2% (in tokens)

Tokens will be automatically transferred upon a user’s purchase.

OTHER GIVEAWAYS AND PRIZES

14. Throughout the Promotion period the company will offer prizes for participating in short-term promotion campaigns. Each giveaway will have prizes announced on the website. The point system for engaging in the social media and inviting friends will count both toward the waiting list point system and toward the short-term campaigns. Participants with the highest number of points at the end of specific short-term campaigns will be eligible to win various prizes which will be clearly announced on the website before each campaign.
15. Winners will be selected either for those who have the most points or for some prizes could be done in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail. There will be no other correspondence about the result.
16. Winners will be selected based on the highest point total or, for some prizes, through a random computer draw. Winners will be notified by email. There will be no other correspondence about the result.
17. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
18. Images and descriptions used for presenting the prizes are for illustrative purposes. The actual versions of the prizes may differ.

COSTS

19. To participate in the Promotion, no additional costs will be charged. Furthermore, no payment or purchase is required for participation in the Promotion for the phase one of the promotion “The Waitlist”.
20. No costs will be charged to participate in the Promotion. Participation in phase one (‘The Waitlist’) is free.
21. In order for the user to receive the tokens from the promotion, the friends invited through the referral link have to purchase tokens from $1 to $30. The user gets tokens, in a porcentage from the amount was paid: 6% level 1, 4% level 2, 3% level 3, 2% level4.
22. To earn tokens from referrals, friends invited through your link must purchase tokens between $1 and $30. You will then receive a percentage of their purchase amount in iMultiply tokens, as follows:

• Level 1: 6%
• Level 2: 4%
• Level 3: 3%
• Level 4: 2%

RESPONSIBILITIES

23. The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
24. Participants warrant that all information provided during the registration and participation process is accurate and truthful. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be using automated methods, bots, or other fraudulent techniques to participate in the Promotion.

RIGHTS OF THE COMPANY

25. The Company reserves the right, without obligation of giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from participation of the Promotion if the participant violates these “Promotion Rules” or any other legally applicable provision. Each user has the right to create only one account with the company.
26. The Company also reserves the right to prematurely terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion at its own discretion and without prior notice and/or modify the prizes that can be obtained if it cannot be reasonably expected from the Company to adhere to the original terms, prizes and/or Promotion. 
27. In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.

PRIVACY

28. Participants guarantee that that personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date and complete. The foregoing is required to be able to send any prize winners the prize, as well as sending the newsletter. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of the prize.
29. Participants guarantee that all personal data provided during the participation process is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company may share this information with third parties as necessary for prize delivery. Please note that the Company is not responsible for any prizes that cannot be awarded due to inaccurate or fraudulent information provided by participants. Prizes may be forfeited in such cases.
